Let me start off by saying WOW. This is going to be a long review, so bear with me. I will do the second time I visited first. I will say that the people out repairing the games and taking out the trash are way more attentive and cordial (THANK YOU) I am doing this review a few months after, going off notes and memory. So we took the kids here to play games and get some food. We played for a few hours, then wanted to eat as well as keep playing. Unfortunately, we were told the tables in the gaming area are closed, and we would need to sit in the dining area. So we played until happy hour started, then I went up front to get us a table. When I went to sit down on the bench side, the seat looked glossy or oily. So I used one of the napkins on the table to wipe it (picture included). I am glad I did not sit on that. About 2 minutes later, the rest of the family joined me. There was only one other table sitting in the dining area. We sat staring at menu's for 19 minutes before someone came out to greet us and take our drink order. We were ready to order, so we did so as well at that time. We all went to wash our hands before eating. I started heading toward the bathroom and was turned around. There is no way to access it, we had to walk all the way around to get to it. While I was walking toward the kitchen portion, I noticed at least a dozen tables with used dishes on them. I was shocked because the entire location was very slow. I am guessing they had an employee function because I saw people in a back room? After returning to the table, our server seemed to know the people at the other table. He kept walking over and talking with them, at least my wife thought so. I then started a timer to see how long it would take for our food because I didn't see our server turn in the ticket. The food finally arrived in just over 28 minutes. I figure it was maybe 5 min. Washing hands or so. This puts our ticket time at 33 minutes. With only one other table (that already had food) I can't imagine what a Friday or Saturday night at 6pm would be like. My burger was just warm, super dry and overcooked. I guess they cooked it for 30 min. Everyone else said the food was just ok. Waiter never came back over to see if we needed anything, but visited the nearby table many times. After eating, we were sitting and talking. There was no space on the table, so we piled up the dishes to make space. The waiter finally came over with the bill, but did not take any of the plates piled up. A few minutes later he came back to collect the bill. This was the fastest part of the service. I wish I could add my first visit to this, but this review is so long. As shocking as this was, my first visit was worse, and the employee admitted her drug use to us :( I wanted to work my way to the signed baseball, but sadly i think this was my last visit here. I was so excited to come here after seeing commercials, and was fairly disappointed. If they closed the bar and restaurant, made this self service with vending machines, it would probably be better.

The first time we went here, the food was delicious and we had a very good time! However, the second time we went in, we experienced the worst customer service, and have never set foot in since. The first time we went in we spent several hundred dollars on tickets and played games for hours. We earned a lot of points! We came back the second time and redeemed some of the points for free entrees. I ordered an alcoholic milkshake, it seemed like a very fun idea! However, one sip in, I couldn't drink it. It was so heavily alcohol filled that it was unbearable. The server said she would get a manager. The manager didn't even know what the food vouchers were, apparently she was new. After explaining what they were to her, she said she can't do anything about my drink since we were getting so much free food already. FREE FOOD? I spend HUNDREDS of dollars to get it!! These aren't coupons! These are rewards for spending an ungodly amount on games! She really had the nerve to argue with me over a 8 dollar milkshake that I didn't even touch save for one sip! I ended up paying over a hundred dollars between food and games that second time. I would have spent more, but I was too upset and decided to leave early. Have never set foot in there since. Shame, because the food was delicious, but I can't forgive ignorant management and poor customer service. How did their "manager" not even know what the game reward food vouchers were? Terrible. I would love for someone to reach out to me to show me there is actually decent customer service. Otherwise, I'm done with this establishment.

Came here to meet some friends to watch the Seahawks game. I’ve been to all the other local joints to watch the game, but this is best overall venue. Tons of big screens to watch multiple different games. Food and drinks is yummy. I had a beer and mushroom stout burger. My friend had the regular burger. Fries were a bit salty, but overall delicious. We described the place as a Las Vegas entry point for kids. Lots of video and ticket games for kids to be entertained. I’d recommend this place for adults and families.

We came on Wednesday night around 5pm. The restaurant area was not busy at all, but we had to wait for 35 minutes to be seated, waited another 15 minutes for someone to come get our orders. In the middle of the meal, I asked them to bring the shortcake that I ordered at the beginning. They said it would take only 2 minutes, and it ended up taking 20 minutes for the shortcake to be served (it was not busy at all). SUPER SUPER SLOW SERVICE.

Who knew this place would be so good? A gaming and sports bar environment is the last place I expected well presented, well portioned, reasonably priced and tasty food! This was my second trip to the D&B at Alderwood and both times we've had a great experience. The menu is lacking in variety outside of the traditional sports bar fare, but has enough for a discerning adult to order a flavorful dish that's more complex than the majority of the menu. We'll definitely be back.

First time visit and we will not go back. When you walk in, you are not greeted or given any information on how the process works. We eventually found a token/card kiosk to buy game credits. The kiosk was not intuitive and did not work properly. We purchased four cards each with different amounts (two for kids with more credits). Well this didn't work and gave us two cards with random amounts on them and didn't have the correct amount. We eventually found a tech that was able to fix the issue, but they do not have a customer service desk or anything where you can get cards loaded or issues addressed. Once we started playing, the atmosphere was poor. The smell and cleanliness of the games was awful... The adults went to get a beverage while the kids played. One bar tender was working, which was not adequate. She was great, but over worked based on the size of the bar and amount of people there. It took 20 minutes to get drinks ordered... After that we attempt to sit down and eat. We found the hostess who said it'd be a 1.5 hour wait. There were open tables but she said they were short staffed. It was ridiculous, we cashed out and gladly ate somewhere else. Overall very poor experience. They need more staffing. This was kid day on a Thursday during winter break, there was no massive rush and their management should prepare better.

Dinged a star because I was hoping there would be some skeeball games, should have done my research. I figured there would be more games, but going on Happy Hour Day Wednesday was smart, I was able to rack up enough points on my birthday to get 2 face masks and some lip masks! Bonus points for the server who covered for another and served us our entire meal and drinks before they got there! Great place to go for my birthday as an adult! The inner kid in me was on cloud 9!

In the rainy season in Seattle with kids? Go to Dave and Busters. The employees are super friendly and make it more fun. And oh the fun! Games for everyone with prizes earned along the way. Shooting games, throwing games, air hockey, driving, OG games - it’s great fun. When you’re tired, grab a bite to eat and watch a game. There’s never a boring moment at Dave and Busters.
